Let’s Jordan is situated in Asia in the Middle East. The capital of the country is Amman. The total area of the country is 92,300 square kilometres. Jordan shares its borders with Syria in the north, Saudi Arabia in the south, Iraq and Saudi Arabia in the east and occupied Palestine in the west. Almost two-thirds of Jordan is desert. Jordan has a permanent river called The Jordan River in the west. Also, there is a lake in the west called The Dead Sea. There are many mountains in Jordan, for example, Mount Mabrak and Mount Ramm. Jordan has many historical places that people come from far places to see them.
