4 Phone/Fax: +7 (495) / www: KEY PROVISIONS OF AGREEMENT IATA undertakes to: a)State the CCS-TCH STD form for settlement system within Russia b)Acknowledge agency accreditation system established in ATSS (CCS-TCH) c)State the range of validator numbers for ATSS approved agencies within Russia d)Use VTB as a unified authorized bank e)Determine procedures for IATA members of joining the settlement system operating within Russia.

5 Phone/Fax: +7 (495) / www: KEY PROVISIONS OF AGREEMENT TCH undertakes to : a)Arrange operation of agencies accredited with CCS-TCH strictly in compliance with IATA standards; b)Submit output on sales and STD usage data to the Processing Center servicing settlement system in Russia in accordance with IATA standards; c)Transfer funds benefited from air services sales by CCS-TCH approved agencies to IATA members via IATA hinge account in the unified authorized bank – VTB; d)Use VTB bank as a unified authorized bank; e)Secure implementation of agreed procedures for IATA members joining the settlement system operating within Russia; f)Ensure issuance of air services for IATA members via network of agencies accredited with CCS-TCH through GDSs, certified by IATA and CCS-TCH; g)Ensure interaction with GDSs under IATA and CCS-TCH standards.

6 Phone/Fax: +7 (495) / www: COOPERATION BETWEEN IATA AND CCS-TCH WILL ALLOW : Preserve fundamental principle of territoriality pertaining to Settlement system; Preserve principle of neutrality for air transportation sales by agencies accredited with ATSS and IATA agencies in the market of Russia; Acknowledge a unified neutral STD by IATA members and airlines participating in ATSS; Preserve principles of accreditation and control over agency network within the RF; Preserve ability for IATA members and ATSS participating airlines to join settlement system within Russia and interact with it in the framework of effective IATA and ATSS standards and procedures; Secure operations via unified financial institution – bank authorized by IATA and ATSS, servicing settlement system within Russia; Preserve interaction of GDSs with settlement system within Russia under IATA and ATSS standards.
