PAT under “Create” PAT is the model used to “create” visuals. (see slide 12) PAT stands for Perceptions, Actions, and Tools –Perceptions include figure-ground, hierarchy, gestalt –Actions include contrast, repetition, alignment, proximity –Tools include type, shape, color, depth, space 14
