AGENDA ACT Test Reflection Finish advertisement assignment. Present and discuss our analysis of the ads.

ACT Reflection On a separate sheet of paper, please write answers to the following questions. 1.There were five sections of the test: English, Math, Reading, Science and Writing. Which of the five sections was the easiest for you? Why?

ACT Reflection 2. Which of the sections was the hardest for you? Why?

ACT Reflection 3.Do you feel the time limits for each section were appropriate? Why or why not?

ACT Reflection 4. Do you think you were (right now!) adequately prepared for the test, and do you think (in April!) you will be prepared for the PSAE? Why or why not? 5. From 1-10 (1 is lowest, 10 is the highest), how well do you think you performed on the ACT test?

ACT Reflection 6. What other problems or issues with the testing procedures did you have? Please explain. Examples: Talking during the test, temperature or lighting of the room.

Homework For Monday, find one example of an editorial, and one example of an editorial cartoon. Cut out and bring to class. For each item, summarize the information or argument presented, and identify whether the editorial was effective or ineffective and explain why.
