Gulliver’s Travels By Jonathan Swift

Summary In each of the three stories in this book, adapted from Gulliver’s Travels, the hero, Lemuel Gulliver, goes on a journey and he faces many challenges. In Part 1, he arrives in Lilliput, where he wakes up to find himself a giant, held prisoner by tiny men.

In Part 2, Gulliver is the tiny person in Brobdingnag, a land of giants.

In Part 3, Gulliver ends up in the land of the Houyhnhnms, peaceable horses who have created a perfect society, except for the presence of monkey-like Yahoos.
