 MISTAKE # 4: RESPONSE TO PSYCHOSOICAL IMPACT  Prepare FBOs to address behavioral problems

 MISTAKE #5: TOP-DOWN APPROACH  Engage local churches, rather than primarily focusing on large major denominations
