 Established In the framework of FAO project in 2011  Vercon type platform designed and become active  Several stakeholders categories are participating

 New channel do distribute information to users farmers or extension service specialists  New opportunity for institutions to promote their activities, programs, projects.  Improve links between stakeholders, espcially Extension services, ATTCs (Agricultural Technology Transfer Centers) and directorates of agriculture.

 Some institutions are not active because low capacity of personnel dealing with information  Some institutions/stakeholders are not enough motivated to be active (agricultural university, most of private input suppliers)  Limited use by farmers  Ownership of the platform ????? Government? Yes and Not.

 Follow the technology modernization  Integrate specific platforms with e-government.  Increase users of ITC (farmers, and extension specialists) through capacity building, and involvement of young people.
