Outline Encountering an important policy notice in EUROPE 2020 document on Romania and in Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung think tank analytical publication Using EconLit database to find published research that would rely on the mentioned policy change Using RePEC IDEAS database to search for additional evidence through a broader range of economic literature (including Gray literature).
