NGT Impact Assessment NGT Implementation and Migration AASHTO aware of potential Next Generation Trnsport (NGT) Phase 1 implementation impact on agencies Data migration utility to be provided Agencies will be responsible for rebuilding customizations (report, GUI, interfaces, etc.) 32 PES/LAS licensing agencies, many have significant investments in configurations and customizations

NGT Impact Assessment Objectives Determine NGT Phase 1 migration scope per agency Assess types and quantity of agency customizations, supported and unsupported Look for common threads across agencies for potential base NGT functionality Provide recommendation to Trnsport Task Force on agency migration funding assistance

NGT Impact Assessment Scope and Approach Part 1: PES/LAS configuration and customization inventory –Web survey development with TTF –Notification to End User Designees (EUDs) –Agencies complete survey as soon as possible –Info Tech support mainly via phone and –On-site agency support per TTF approval –Recommendations on NGT base functionality –Agency Customization Inventory Documentation
