My California Road Trip!!

 This summer, I went on a roadtrip with my friend Liv!  Liv is from England, but I met her here in Spain last year.  She came to visit me in the United States, and we went on a roadtrip to see the west coast (the states of California, Oregon, and Washington).

The Plan

 We welcomed Liv with an American barbeque when she arrived in Los Angeles. Then we rollerbladed along the Santa Monica boardwalk, went to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and even drank “green juice”(blegh!) The beginning… LOS ANGELES

 Then we drove to San Diego to visit my aunt, uncle and cousins, and to watch the surfers! Next stop: SAN DIEGO!

 Next we went to a National Park called Joshua Tree. There are a ton of rocks there! Then to the desert…

 Then we drove to San Francisco! We drove up and down the steep hills of the city, went to a Giants baseball game, ate Dim Sum in Chinatown, and drove over the Golden Gate Bridge. San Francisco!

Next, the Giant Redwood Trees We went to the Redwood Forest. There are many very old and very big trees there.

 Finally, we arrived in Seattle! Home sweet home. Final destination: SEATTLE!
