Basic Requirements of fair elections part 1 Simple for voters and poll workers Easy to use for all including most disabled and non english speakers Relatively inexpensive Well integrated with poll books and voting tabulation equipment to give accurate and quick results

Basic Requirements of fair elections part 2 Accurately reflect the voters intent Preserve privacy, anonymity and confidentiality Independent audit trail Compliance with Federal, State and local laws/regulations
