Capacity building phase: MACRO LEVEL & MESO LEVEL Elaborate a know how transfer model can compare BOTTOM UP MODEL and TOP DOWN MODEL. The transfer of technical know-how involved about 60 people in the TWO phases that have seen us engaged in Montenegro. This success is confirmed by the interest the attendees have addressed to the seminar sessions. CONFCOOPERATIVE

Bringing up to date of the cooperative Law; Project OBTAINED GOALS Increased levels of expertise and knowledge on the part of stakeholder public/private Entities involved in the project; New level of awareness; Increased network of national and foreign partners.
