1.Accelerometer:Accelerometer in an iPhone. Definition: An accelerometer is a sensor which measures the tilting motion and orientation of a mobile phone. The Apple iPhone was the first popular mobile phone to make the accelerometer a key feature of its user interface. 2.Gyroscope sensors, also known as angular rate sensors or angular velocity sensors, are devices that sense angular velocity. Angular velocity. In simple terms, angular velocity is the change in rotational angle per unit of time. Angular velocity is generally expressed in deg/s (degrees per second). 3. camera : a mobile phone incorporating a digital camera. 4: touch screen : a display device which allows the user to interact with a computer by touching areas on the screen. 5.an instrument for measuring the intensity of a magnetic field, especially the earth's magnetic field. 2. an instrument for detecting the presence of ferrous or magnetic materials, especially one used to detect concealed weapons at airports. Origin of magnetometer Expand. 6.barometer definition. An instrument that measures atmospheric pressure. Note: In general, when the barometer falls in response to a drop in pressure, bad weather is approaching; when the barometer rises because of an increase in pressure, good weather will follow. 7.Bluetooth. Bluetooth logo. Definition: Bluetooth is a short-range, wireless networking standard used by mobile phones and other peripherals. You can use Bluetooth to connect your mobile phone wirelessly to a Bluetooth headset or to transfer data back and forth with a Bluetooth-equipped computer.

8.a facility allowing computers, smartphones, or other devices to connect to the Internet or communicate with one another wirelessly within a particular area. 9.a facility allowing computers, smartphones, or other devices to connect to the Internet or communicate with one another wirelessly within a particular area. 10.Termometer :It tells how hot or cold the temperature of the PHONE 11.He relative humidity of an air-water mixture is defined as the ratio of the partial pressure of water vapor (H 2 O) in the mixture to the saturated vapor pressure of water at a given temperature. Thus the relative humidity of air is a function of both water content and temperature. 12.A pedometer is a device, usually portable and electronic or electromechanical, that counts each step a person takes by detecting the motion of the person's hips. 13.A heart rate monitor is a personal monitoring device that allows one to measure one's heart rate in real time or record the heart rate for later study. It is largely used by performers of various types of physical exercise. 14.A scanner used to identify a person's fingerprint for security purposes. After a sample is taken, access to a computer or other system is granted if the fingerprint matches the stored sample. A PIN may also be used with the fingerprint sample.
