The touch panel defaults to the Title Screen when a call terminates or the Polycom restarts. Return to Index

Place a Call Return to Index

To place a call, press the Place Call button. Return to Index

Select Address Touch the Pink arrows to scroll down to the desired address. (Addresses are listed in alphabetical order.) Return to Index

Select Address When touched, the pink arrows should turn blue. When selected, the address will be highlighted in a gold box. Return to Index

After you find the address press the Select button and this will place your call. Return to Index

To dial a call manually Return to Index

Using the keyboard, type the address of the call to be dialed then press CALL Return to Index

If you are teaching, make sure the Near Instructor camera is selected so your students from the other sites can see you. Return to Index

Hang up the Polycom Return to Index

After class is over, always disconnect from the other sites. Press the Hang Up button (This should be done after every class). Return to Index

Restart the Polycom Return to Index

To restart the polycom, press the Restart Polycom button. Return to Index

Touch the green square “Yes – Restart Polycom” Return to Index

After the Polycom restarts, it defaults to the Title Screen Return to Index

Volume control Return to Index

To turn the volume up in your classroom, press the button Return to Index

To turn the volume down in your classroom, press the button Return to Index

To use the computer, press the Computer button Return to Index

To use the document projector, press the Document button Return to Index

If you want to use the VCR:  place a tape in the VCR  make sure the power is on  press “Play” on the VCR  select the VCR button on the screen  make sure students can see on both TVs (Video 1 or Video 2) Return to Index

The Auxiliary button will send what is on your laptop to the TV’s Plug your laptop into the RCA jack Return to Index
