Application stage The UCAS form is screened for a) academic qualifications, b) relevant personal and professional experience and c) whether directed at social work. If these basic requirements are met applicants are required to submit additional written material ( about understanding of social work and the values important to it) and provide a second referee who can comment on work and practice. A selection panel makes decisions about offers of places. Places available on the UG programme and PG programme 26 but governed by bursary allocation
