Rho Induction Process  Send out invitations to top 30% of the students in each class (1st-3rd yr) after second quarter or the beginning of March  Students submit CV, essay, and conduct signature  Officers and advisor select members based on evidence of leadership and service while in medical school  Induction Ceremony in May
