SAFETY REWARDS PROGRAM HORIZONTAL BLINDS DIVISION & CUSTOM SHUTTER DIVISION 1

Safety Rewards Program  Objective o Strengthen safety awareness in the divisions. o Reinforce general safety principles. o Recognize employee safety efforts. o Maintain interest in our safety program. o Build on-going management support for activities that promote safety. 2

Safety Rewards Program Benefits  More employees are able to participate.  All participants have the opportunity to achieve milestones for rewards.  Level of participation determines an employees ability to achieve rewards.  Rewards are distributed throughout the year to ensure continuous interest in safety.  Program has become very educational and beneficial outside the workplace. 3

Safety Rewards Program Rules  All employees are eligible to participate, except director positions and higher.  They receive one Safety Rewards Card a year.  A lost Safety Rewards Card can be replaced, but unclaimed points cannot be replaced.  Reward points are redeemed for prizes in 25 point increments. 4

Safety Rewards Program Rules Cont.  All reward points must be redeemed by the end of the year (December 31).  Reward points cannot be carried over to the next calendar year.  Sign-up for volunteer tasks are on a first-come basis. 5

Safety Rewards Program Rules Cont.  Reward points are awarded by Human Resources, Supervisors, and the EHS Director only.  All cards must be presented to one of them to get points awarded. 6

How Points Are Earned? Activity Point Value  Lead or assist in a safety training session. 4  Report a hazard or near miss 2  Submit a safety suggestion in writing. 2  Complete a 6S Audit. 2  Conduct safety audit (once per month) 2 7

How Points Are Earned? Activity Point Value  Attend a “tailgate” meeting or complete1 online safety training.  Find answer to the safety question of the 1 month.  Additional safety or wellness activities. TBD 8

What Do Our Associates Win?  They win when they reach Level 1 = 25 points.  They win when they reach Level 2 = 50 points.  They win when they reach Level 3 = 75 points.  They win when they reach Level 4 = 100 points. o No need to save points! o Redeem your card at each level. 9
