The American with Disabilities Act of 1990 Protects the rights of citizens who are disabled Guarantees equal opportunities

Section 508 In 1998 the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 was amended by congress –provides the standards regarding disabled individuals –applies to federal agencies when they develop or maintain technology
