How To Help: Prevent yourself from getting Breast Cancer! This is all information I researched over the internet and a couple of my own ideas. Please take these into consideration. At the bottom of each page in the right corner is an audio, just in case you want to hear the words instead of read.

Some Things You Should Do To Prevent  Less exposure to estrogen  Exercise  Keep weight in check  Stay physically active  Constantly Check yourself  No Alcohol  No Smoking  Enough Sleep  Avoid Exposure to Radiation

Step 1: Keep A Healthy Diet Some Good Things To Eat  Extra Virgin Oil  Mushrooms  Broccoli  Sprouts, Fatty Fish  Rye Bread  Salmon  Eggs  Garlic  Orange-colored Fruit/Vegetables  Cruciferous Vegetables  Fish Or Lamb  Lentils  Walnuts  Pomegranate seeds  Dark Green Leafy Veggies  Whole Fruit  Tomatoes  Flaxseeds  Apples  Soybeans  Spinach  Whole Grains

Step 1 ½: Keep A Healthy Diet Part 2 Things you shouldn’t Eat  Red Meat  Decrease Intake Of Cured, Pickled, and Smoked Foods  Grape Fruit  Vegetable Oils  Sweets Including Donuts, Ice Cream, etc.  Processed Meats

Step 2: Exercise Tips More than 2 dozen studies show women who exercise have a 30 to 40 percent less chance  Use stairs instead of an elevator  Walk or bike to destination  Walk around block after dinner  Exercise at lunch  Dance daily  Wear a pedometer every day and watch your daily steps, try to make them increase  Join sports team  Use a stationary bike, sit ups and push ups, and/or leg lifts while washing TV  Park farther from destination and enjoy the walk  Do inside activities while the weather’s poor  Vary your exercise

Step 4: Limit Alcohol Step 5: Get Enough Sleep

Step 3: Don’t Smoke Some tricks you could try include:  Sip cold water  Eat small meals  Give yourself rewards for not smoking  Put something else in your mouth instead  Stay active  Remember your reasons  No alcohol  Brush your teeth
