Friendship Unit 1 Using language (1)

What would you do if you are misunderstood by others?

Read and listen to the text and find out the answer to the following question. What was upsetting Lisa? She was misunderstood by others to have fallen in love with a boy.

Miss Wang wrote a letter back and gave Lisa some advice. Listen to the tape and answer the following question. Does Miss Wang advise Lisa to end the friendship with the boy? No. She advises her to ignore the classmates. It’s possible for a boy and a girl to be just good friends.
