BY CHRIS AND JACK

The earthquake that occurred off the coast of Japan was a 8.9. It killed 9,811 injured 2,779 and 17,541 people missing.

2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami

There are three kinds of boundary's transform, convergent, and divergent. A earthquake occurs in three types of transform boundaries normal, reverses, and fault.

The tsunami was 33ft tall. The tsunami did more damage than the earthquake.

Tsunamis form when an underwater earthquake occurs. Like if you clapped your hands underwater.

When the water got to the nuclear plant it damaged the reactors and the nuclear fusion started heating up.
