Sight Word BUMPSight Word BUMP Each child will need 10 unifix cubes of different colors to play the game. One person rolls 2 dice and adds the numbers together. Then he/she finds the sight word that is by that sum. If he/she can read the word, he/she puts one unifix cube on it. Each player takes a turn. As game continues, if a player rolls the same sum again and can read the word, he/she can stack another cube on top of the first one to “ lock ” it. As long as a number is not “ locked, ” another player can “ bump ” the cube off if he/she rolls that sum and can read the word. The winner is the player to use all cubes first. If playing as a group, the winner is the person with the most “ locked ” words. How To Play…
