Navigate PROposal Assistant using the side menu bar (the Proposal Path) or the BACK and NEXT buttons.

PROposal Assistant speeds development by keeping your personal information from proposal to proposal.

On the Client screen, choose your research category and set up your client’s data. Category data comes directly from RAB Instant Backgrounds. PROposal Assistant contains more than 10,000 research highlights sorted into 190 categories.

Next, you enter your clients primary and secondary demographic targets.

Competitive Advantages describe your client’s unique marketing strengths.

Competitive Disadvantages are your client’s marketing problems uncovered in the client needs analysis.

PROposal Assistant supports up to three Advertising Objectives. These help define exactly what this campaign will accomplish.

Next, you’ll use Industry and Consumer Research to build logical connections supporting your objectives.

Select two or three highlights for each objective. PROposal Assistant makes it each by breaking highlights into eight sub-categories.

Competitive Media Analysis makes it easy to help your client understand the benefits of including Radio in any media mix. Choose research highlights from 10 competitive media.

To make this job even easier, PROposal Assistant will store an unlimited number of custom station highlights. Simply enter them once.

The Creative Strategy is a powerful tool to help you define the key copy points in your campaign. Use this section to tell your client HOW you’re going to accomplish the campaign objectives.

PROposal Assistant offers two options for setting up your schedule and investment.

Click Enter a Schedule to set up an easy to read schedule grid featuring dates, day parts, rates and totals.

You can also enter additional details to communicate the key concepts behind your campaign.

Finally you’re ready to PRINT and FINISH. You can use one of six pre- designed templates or open your freshly-created proposal in Microsoft Word.

In MS Word, you can add client logos, spell check and touch up your presentation.
