Peer Editing Most important thing make your student read their piece of writing out loud to you.

Front side of paper  Golden Lines  Descriptive language.  Words that paint pictures in your mind.  Make you feel an emotion.  “I love you like a fat kid loves cake”  “People throw rocks at things that shine”  “Your on the feel good side of leaving, and I am the backside of a mule.”  Questions ??????  Things that need to be explained better.  Suggestions for T.S.  Suggestions for transitions.  Points that need to have examples.  Parts of writing that don’t make sense

 Questions you have for the editor to pay attention while listening to your piece of writing.  Examples: Do my introductions grab your attention.  Last 2/3 of Paper answer the following question. WHAT THINGS DO I PLAN TO CHANGE?????/ Back side of Paper
