PAS Overview Performance Accountability System (PAS) was developed by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) to promote quality and excellence in technical education and training.

PAS Purpose Evaluates the institutional effectiveness and efficiency of the programs offered by the technical colleges.

Performance Accountability System Program Assessment Community Needs Assessment Planning Budgeting

Level I Conducted annually by all program groups at each campus. A program group may contain degrees, diplomas, and technical certificates of credit within the same subject area. Level I consists of four compliance measures based on TCSG program standards and college wide measures.

Program Assessment Level One--Compliance Measures CS-1 Admissions Procedures CS-2 Program Structure/Curriculum CS-3 Instructional Content CS-4 Employability Skills- Work Ethics CS-5 Advisory Committee CS-6 Health and Safety CS-7 Warranty Activity for All Graduates
