Mission Statement Once I graduate from high school my plan is to go to college. I want to go to UTEP and join their nursing program. My goal is to have high grades and be involved in extra curricular activities. After receiving my degree I will work as a professional nurse helping people.

Purpose statement To the university of Texas at El Paso: My name is Michelle Romero; I am very interested in studying at the University of Texas at El Paso because of its excellent nursing program. I've always wanted to do something where I can help people. The nursing field sure is the career for me. I want to study at UTEP because it has a good field with nursing. It is also close to home which will make it easier for me to get transportation and get to all my classes on time. I am always the type of person who really commits to the school work. I always turn in all my homework in time. I do what has to be done with no excuses. Not only do I turn my work in time but I make sure it’s done correctly and its worth a good grade. I am a responsible person. I don’t play games with my education. I always give the best out of me if I have problems with anything, I will ask for help in order to not get behind in class.
