EKAK says: Priority: Mapping, systematization and improvement of the system for financing citizens' associations from public budgets and informing the general public thereof.

PLAN OF ACTION for the implementation of the EKAK for Goal 5: Transparent and clear funding schemes targeted to support the development of civil society and civil society organizations from the state budget

Goal 5: Transparent and clear funding schemes 5.1. Overview of governmental sector funding of CSOs and of respective procedures 5.2. Development of unified procedures for ministerial funding of CSOs 5.3. Analysis of the effectiveness of current practices of governmental sector funding of CSOs (Law on Gambling Tax, state-financed programs, allocations to governmental foundations, ministries, etc.) - formulation of necessary legislative amendments 5.4.
