WHAT IS Win-Win combination? Win-Win is a frame of mind and heart that constantly seek mutual benefit in all human interaction. Win-Win is a frame of mind and heart that constantly seek mutual benefit in all human interaction. Win-Win means that agreement or solution are mutually beneficial, mutually satisfying. Win-Win means that agreement or solution are mutually beneficial, mutually satisfying. Win-Win is a belief in third alternative. Win-Win is a belief in third alternative. In Win-Win combination, both parties gain from a transaction or deals or where all possible outcomes are favourable. The principle of win-win is fundamental to success in all our interaction and it embraces five interdependent dimensions of life. It begins with character and move towards relationship out of which flow agreements. It is nurtured in an environment where structure and system are based on win-win and it involves process.
