© International Vision Facilitation Committee Questions Is it difficult to fill the role of Club President and other Club Offices? Do the same group of people keep your Club going year on year? Do some members shy away from getting involved in Club activities? 2

© International Vision Facilitation Committee Questions Is there a sometimes resistance to new ideas? Does your Club have a good retention rate and welcome new members regularly? Is your Club active and recognised in the community for its work ? 3

© International Vision Facilitation Committee Questions Is your Club motivated and enthusiastic? Is there a good feeling of fellowship in your Club? Why did we join Rotary? 4

© International Vision Facilitation Committee Club Visioning YES TO ANY OF THESE QUESTIONS? THEN CLUB VISIONING CAN HELP YOUR CLUB REMEMBER Visioning is NOT Compulsory. NOT ONLY for Rotary Clubs experiencing difficulties. District does not interfere in or seek to influence the Club Visioning Process.

© International Vision Facilitation Committee What Is “ Club Visioning ” ? A dynamic tool that helps define a shared vision for your Club. It generates shared commitment and creates a framework to establish goals & objectives. It ensures everyone is pulling in the same direction with a common destination in mind.

© International Vision Facilitation Committee Why Is A Vision Needed? A vision supports continuity, enables consistency and leads to consensus. It leads to a multi-year coordinated plan instead of annual cycles of “re-inventing the wheel”. Encourages new leaders in the Club to step forward.

© International Vision Facilitation Committee How Club Visioning Works Club agrees to invite the Visioning Facilitating Team to visit. A representative selection of Club Members to attend. Must include President, President Elect and as many Club Officers as possible.
