KRn/ Targeting 3 groups of local stakeholders:  lorry drivers  employees and their close persons  people living in Häädemeeste commune Different approach for them

KRn/ Arrangement  anonymous questionnaires  questionnaires for lorry drivers through delivery administrator  questionnaires for local people through different important commune institutions ( local government house, kinder-garten, gymnasium, store )  short introduction in local newspaper  prize-winning lottery for local commune people

KRn/ Results  most active were local commune people ( returning per cent 47 )  most passive were lorry drivers (returning per cent 15 )

KRn/ Lorry drivers QUESTIONS  questions about factory  the biggest problem concerning factory  the biggest environmental problem concerning factory  what kind of information concerning factory they need  their estimation about changes during last years ANSWERS  about products, contact numbers, healthfriendly product  no such kind of problems  dust  several proposals  situation in factory have changed preferably for better

KRn/ Local people QUESTIONS  if they have enough information about factory  what kind of information concerning factory they need  the biggest environmental problem concerning factory  their estimation about changes during last years  their satisfaction about factory situation in their home commune ANSWERS  satisfactorily  several proposals  air pollution, development of factory and places of work according to that  situation in factory have changed preferably for better  preferably they are satisfied

KRn/ Employees, their close persons QUESTIONS  3 biggest problems concerning factory  the biggest environmental problem concerning factory ( as the parishioner )  their estimation about changes during last years  factory impact to surrounding environment ANSWERS  several different problems  dust in Arumetsa village, the condition of Arumetsa brook  situation in factory have changed preferably for better  impact for nature, for employment, for social status

KRn/ Our conclusions, actions  We looked through alla proposals and problems in our management system meetings  We gave also feedback: - to lorry drivers in special information day for them organized by our logistic manager - to employees in general information and internal training meeting - to local people in local newspaper in commune enterprise day in july open day in factory for local municipal council

KRn/ Our conclusions, actions  we made several decisions to make corrective and preventive actions  responsible persons supplemented their personal action plans  we control the situation of treatment of these topics in our management meetings 1 per month

KRn/ For future OUR DECISIONS:  to carry through this dialoque also in following years  add some satisfaction guestions for employees questionnaire ( personnel satisfactory )  to carry through this dialoque in following years also in Aravete premix plant

KRn/ Finally  we called it as enviromental dialoque with local stakeholders, but the results were very large-scale  good information for sales, marketing, logistic, producing and maintenance management
