Spinal Cord Injury

The average age of our patients with traumatic spinal cord injuries in 2013 was 46 years. The average age of our patients with non-traumatic spinal cord injuries was 59 years. In 2013, we had 315 discharges for persons with spinal cord injuries. There were 160 discharges to the community and 105 discharges back into acute care.

Brain Injury

The average age of our patients with brain injuries in 2013 was 50 years. In 2013, we had 135 discharges for persons with brain injuries. There were 84 discharges to the community and 33 discharges to acute care.

Stroke

The average age of our patients with stroke in 2013 was 63 years. In 2013, we had 274 discharges for persons with stroke. There were 156 discharges to the community and 75 discharges to acute care.

Orthopedics

The average age of our patients with orthopedic injuries in 2013 was 61 years. In 2013, we had 185 discharges for patients with orthopedic injuries. There were 150 discharges to the community and 23 discharges to acute care.
