Why do we need fruits? Fruits can carve your appetite. And cease your sugar cravings. They can give you the energy you need through out the day. It can decrease the your chances of having diabetes, cancer, and even heart disease.

How is America on fruits? America is still not good on fruits. Americans aren’t eating enough fruits daily. Americans should increase their intake on fruits.

Why are fruits good for us? They give us the energy we need. They decrease your risk of certain diseases. Such as, Diabetes, heart disease, etc. Fruits are 100% bad cholesterol free.

What are the benefits from eating fruits? Healthy memory Healthy Urinary Tract Healthy Vision Healthy Cholesterol levels Strong bones and strong teeth
