How to Submit Your Idea The India Innovation Lab for Green Finance is looking for ideas to scale up investment in green infrastructure. Ideas will be evaluated on their potential to be transformative, innovative, catalytic, and actionable. Please fill out this form and Submission period: November 23, 2015 to January 8, Submissions must be received by 11:59 PM (IST) on January 8, Please review the Guidelines for Ideas at greenfinancelab.in/ideas before submitting an idea. Background and Goals The India Lab is a private-public partnership aimed to identify, design, stress test and pilot implementation-ready financial solutions to channel private investment in green infrastructure. Key qualifying criteria Have potential for TRANSFORMATIVE impact on deployment of green infrastructure projects at scale Be INNOVATIVE, demonstrating ability to address risk, cost and liquidity gaps in new ways Be CATALYTIC in terms of private sector engagement and ability to mobilize private capital at scale Be ACTIONABLE, with feasibility and scalability potential

Actionable What is the feasibility (regulatory, institutional, market, etc.) of implementing the idea? Does the idea require new legislation to be operational?
