The Partnership for Housing Foundation, Inc., a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, is the charitable arm of the Maryland Association of REALTORS®. The Foundation’s mission centers around: Financial literacy and education Partnering with state and local governments and housing organizations to promote homeownership Promoting fair housing In 2008, the Foundation developed the MARYLAND HOME MAKEOVER™ Program, which was inspired by ABC television’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. State Leadership Information Exchange Council REALTOR Legislative Meetings & Trade Expo 2015 The intent of the program is to complete necessary home repairs for: First Responders Veterans Community heroes and Developmentally-disabled or physically challenged Six projects have been completed to date.
