our carbon footprint In the US, we account for 20% of man made greenhouse gas emissions, with less than 5% of the population. Carbon dioxide has a very harmful effect to the worlds ozone layer

recycling Harmful chemicals and greenhouse gasses are released from landfill sites. Recycling helps to reduce the pollution caused by this waste. Huge amounts of energy are used when making products from raw materials. Recycling requires much less energy and therefore helps to preserve natural resources.
