Research Everyone is significantly impaired at.08 BAC At.08 a person is 11 times more likely to be involved in a fatal crash. 50 to 75% drive away after licenses suspended. In 2005 ¼ surviving drivers had their blood tested and 2/3 killed drivers were tested. In 2006 around 17,602 people died in alcohol related crashes.

MESSAGE Nearly 13,000 people are killed by drunk drivers with an illegal alcohol level of.08 every year. More then 1,000 families are effected every month.
