BBNC In-Region History 2011 – BBNC announced it would invest about $30 million in the region Investments would generate a return for BBNC and its shareholders

Creation of BBDF Launched in October of 2014 Purpose of fund is to have a more active presence in the region It is sized at $5 million with active staff, Cameron & John More hands on Creates potential deal pipeline for BBNC

BBDF Mission Mission : To be a catalyst for in-region business start-up, survival, success and growth through effective deployment of financial and non-financial capital

BBDF Goals 1.Facilitate success of start-up and existing businesses in-region 2.Create opportunities beneficial to BBNC Shareholders 3.Support Bristol Bay Economy 4.Deploy $5 million within four years, close fund within eleven years 5.Develop opportunities for BBNC Private Equity Investment Model & improve the credibility of BBNC as a business partner

Investment Criteria Investment can be any business in region or for the benefit of the region Investment Size from $20,000 - $500,000 Investment stages from seed to growth Investment exit strategy is important – BBDF needs to know how it is going to earn a return Investment must have the real potential to return a profit to BBDF
