See something, say something This will be a focus on posters or other means to encourage people to feel comfortable speaking up when they see something that might be unsafe, such as lack of appropriate PPE. Posters won't necessarily change people's actions but if we are all thinking and talking more about safety, this will help the process of creating a better culture of safety.
