Annual Training of Staff Front line staff (interact with Program applicants or participants): Servers and cashiers, Secretarial staff who distribute or collect Meal Benefit Application, School Meal Program staff conducting verification, Snack Program or SFSP staff who supervise students during mealtimes

Complaint? Based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability, Either written or verbal, Must be made within 180 days of the event. Provide the nondiscrimination statement and procedures for filing a complaint. Provide a Complaint Form.
