New Course Request Form

Prerequisites will be enforced. See policy for allowable prereqs. Only courses defined as equivalent can be enforced restrictions. Extremely IMPORTANT to semester conversion. Identical, except for course prefix. Need approval from both department chairs and deans if applicable.
