Presentation transcript:

We were learning to mix primary colours together to make purple, orange and green. These are the secondary colours.

We have been making crosswords in pairs. The words were things that help up be organised to school. We had to think carefully about our clues so people wouldn’t guess them too easily. The next step was to fit the words together. We now know we need to plan and organised the space on the paper. We also had to make sure our spelling was accurate.

We were looking at nature in the school grounds. We saw butterflies. We were learning to sketch for our Flower Show entry.

We made collage using the painted paper of secondary colours and our sketches. Next time some of us will take more care our collage work.

At the Activity Table in maths we were to make the biggest number we could. We used a spinners to generate the digits and we had to decide which column to put them in. These games help us with our mental maths.

We found out who was in our reading groups and then we did Language Zones. We have met our new teacher, Mr Littlewood. He spent the whole week getting to know us. P7 have been super been Brilliant Buddies this week. The P1s have settled in well.
