CYMS 3.1  Browser Based  Great flexibility with screens/field labels  Global Reporting Ability to pass pre-determined data to a single reporting database (scheduled reports). HQ can roll up by single base, select bases, single or multiple regions, or any combination thereof.

What is CYMS?  Official System of Record for Program Enrollments Child and Household Records Personnel Records/Staff Training Parent Fees due/received Point of Sales (POS) system

CYMS Reports  Maintaining internal controls and ensuring the security and validity of the information in the CYMS database is a critical management oversight responsibility.  Tracking and auditing information is made easier by using the tools available in CYMS.  A wide variety of reports, inquiries, and spot-checks are available to assist with self-audits.  Different types of reports are available: “In-time” and “Historical”. “In-Time” - only good for the moment/current data only. “Historical” – data within a specific date range.

Accurate Data Input Accurate Data Input is Critical (“Garbage” In – “Garbage” Out)  CYMS is used for Data Input!  Data is used for Daily Processing and Updating!  Data is used for Reports, and Inquiries! Information is true and accurate. Eliminate Inspection write-ups.

CYMS Staff Records Standards  Published last month – September 2015  Available on the E-Library  Required Training How to create a Staff Record How to add to a Staff Record How to maintain a Staff Record

Bottom Line  All members of the Management Team must know: How to create a staff file in CYMS! How to input data correctly in CYMS! How to run required reports in CYMS!  Logging into CYMS is no longer optional!
