25 th Street at 6 th Ave New York City Building Type: Condo – housing, heavy construction 30 floors of condominiums in the Chelsea neighborhood of NYC. I categorized this as heavy construction because of the number of units.

Pavonia Washington Blvd Jersey City, NJ Building Type: Light Rail station & parking – Civil Construction A parking lot takes congestion relief from surrounding streets and mall parking structure. Light rail station close to shopping and residential promotes mass transit.

Triborough Bridge Manhattan, NY Building Type: Bridge- Civil construction In 2000 the Triborough Bridge had decks replaced. Because of the amount of traffic it carried the joint-venture team was required to keep seven lanes of travic open.
