Importance of saving to the network: H drive is your personal space – no one else has access to it. The network drives are backed-up on a daily basis which means if files are lost, corrupted, or deleted, a back-up is available to restore the file Saves space on the computer Files can be accessed anywhere in the district just by logging onto a computer

Other Network Drives Other network drives are made available for storage of district wide use of applications Common areas for files to be shared amongst co-workers District wide forms can be stored and accessed by all Students and teachers have common areas to store and share files. Different applications can be installed and run from the server so that the end user can access them from anywhere in the district
