In each institution each row in the Customize letter screen will allow an additional option of Use Network Zone definition. If this is selected then the letter will not be customized in the institutional level. Code and Mapping table configuration: The Code and Mapping tables will be configurable in the Network Zone. In each institution there will be another action which is Use Network Zone definition. If this is selected then the code/mapping table will not be customized in the institutional level and Alma will use the Network Zone definition.
