5. 5 User Roles Catalog Manager or Operator may add and edit local extensions to bibliographic records share bibliographic records in the Institution Zone with the Network Zone perform routine cataloging activities such as updating and saving bibliographic records in the Network Zone

6. 6 Objectives By the end of this training session, you will be able to: Update bibliographic records in need of correction or to add local extensions Link/share bib records found in the Institution Zone (IZ) with bib records found also in the Network Zone (NZ) Copy records from NZ to IZ Add a bibliographic record when none exists Run the linking job Share records found initially only in the IZ with the NZ
