Long Term Goals Having Confidence with every Interview that you attend. This is a great test of your speaking and listening abilities. Interviewers expect you to be alert and energetic. Remember that you are a “product” who wants to “fit” in.

What Are You Wishing? 1.Make a good, strong, first impression. 2.Have the interviewer remember You.

What Actions Can You Take? 1.Have that warm, dry, hearty handshake. Use medium pressure for both sexes. 2.Take your time to say your name and theirs. 3.Please SMILE! This makes you and the interviewer feel good. Use your face muscles. 4.“Sit as straight as an arrow”. In other words, look attentive and enthused through posture. 5.Support your words with gesture and eye contact.

What Do You Need? 1.Dress appropriately for the occasion. Be clean and conservative. Wash your hair and get under the nails. Keep your hair out of your face. Cut down on the jewelry. 2. Clothing is nonverbal communication at its strongest. 3. Wear wardrobe essentials.
