5 How To Prepare For an Interview

6 Know exactly what the company produces or who they serve. The more you know, the better you are. Know the company history and the goals of the company. Determine how you can fit into their environment. Know why you want to work for the organization. Research the Company

7 Your first impression is key! For men: Dress pants or khakis, button up shirt and a tie. For professional positions, a suit is to be worn. For ladies: Dress pants and a nice blouse or a dress or a skirt and a nice blouse. For professional positions, a suit is to be worn. Make sure your clothes are ironed and clean. Appearance

8 Take a shower, comb/brush your hair and shave. Refrain from smoking prior to the interview. Use a breath mint or chew gum prior to the interview. Use cologne/perfume sparingly. Appearance

9 1.Greet the interviewer with a firm handshake and a smile. 2.Keep eye contact while introducing yourself. 3.When you meet the interviewer, repeat their name and say nice to meet you. 4.Speak clearly and with confidence. 5.Sit in confident upright position.
