Team Scraps and… ► (Left to Right): Michael Raup, Andrew Williams, Blake Day

The Five Finger Special

Details ► Dimensions:  Height-.5 meters  Width-.5 meters  Length- 1 meter ► Weight:  Catapult Arm- 2.5 kgs  Base- 2.3 kgs  Total Weight- 4.8 kgs

How it Works ► Rubber bands are stretched. ► The Elastic Potential Energy from the rubber bands turns into Kinetic Energy which pulls the arm. ► Which pulls the weight up to the required 1 meter height.

Steps to Fire ► First arm catapult (Attaching Rubber Bands) ► Attach the String with weight to the arm ► Tie down Arm to prepare to fire ► Cut string and…bombs away

The End Credits: Thanks to Michael Raup, Andrew Williams, Blake Day, and Jordan Brown. …and No Help From Charles
