Starting Line Students’ Book 7 Unit 1

On this day we usually have a party at home in the evening. First, the family has supper together. Then, we talk and laugh together in the courtyard. We look at the moon. Finally, we eat mooncakes and some fruit.

It’s the Mid- autumn Day.

On this day we usually go to Tian’anmen Square. First, we watch the national flag going up. Then, we go around the Square to see the flowers and take pictures. Finally, we watch TV together at home in the evening.

It’s the National Day.

On this day we usually have a party. First, the family sits around the Christmas tree. Next,we open presents from Santa Claus. Then, we play games, sing songs or watch TV together.

It’s Christmas Day.
